EPPOSUN MOLD TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) LTD is a private label/ OEM manufacturer and specialized in silicone and plastic injection molding since 2015.
EPPOSUN's silicone workshop is equipped with 15 solid silicone compression molding machines, 6 liquid silicone injection molding machines, 4 high-speed CNC machines, 6 EDM machines, and 6 drilling machines all molds we make in-house to reduce the time to maintain and modify the design.
All of the silicone products we made will be passed FDA, LFGB, RoHS, VOC, Medical, etc tests as customers' requirements.
We not only do pure silicone products, but also make silicone overmolding with Steel, PA, and Wood.
Besides, our 6 engineers will give us quick feedback on the design in 12 hrs, quotation in 24 hrs, and help our mold maker finish the prototype, sample mold in 3-7 days, production molds less than 15 days, 7-20 days finish batch order from color mixing, molding, a second cure.
Meanwhile, we have a long-term cooperating business with 3 packaging factories and a logistics company, so, we can provide product manufacturing services, and help customers source packages like cards, kraft paper boxes, color boxes, PVC/PET boxes, assembly, and final shipping to the market.
