A：We have tooling workshop for making molds, 4 high speed CNC machines & 6 drilling machines .
Q：What are your mold leadtimes?
A：For sample mold: 3-10 days
For production mold: 15-25 days depends on product design.
Q: Which brand of raw mateiral commonly used in your factory?
A: Normally we use domestic brand Dongjue, sometime import oversea brand Wacker, Dow. It depends on cusotmers' requirement.
Q: Do you do post cure for silicone products? How many ovens do you have?
A: Yes we do curing by our 5 ovens in-house, we do both platinum cure and common cure to silicone.
Q: Do you have QC standard for silicone in EPPOSUN?
A: Yes, we do.
For silicone products QC, normally we check below items:
1.?Ensure compliance with Master samples features and colours
2.?Molded Details clear and concise.
3.?Odour Free silicone
4.?Dirt / foreign substance evident in Silicone
5. Correct durometer
6.?Ensure correct tensile strength
7.?Tears and Cuts in silicone causing silicone to tear/ Rip.
8. Very small mold part line

A: UG & ProE, for qute, send us igs.,step./stp., or sldprt file, we can give quote in 24 hrs.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Depends on the design, normally 500 or 1000 pieces.
